Christina Crumbley, RN, MSN, is the Chief Executive Officer of Tidal Healthcare Consulting, LLC, based in Tampa, Fla. She has over 30 years of experience in healthcare, with the majority of her experience in home health. As CEO of Tidal Healthcare Consulting, LLC, she consults home health providers on key operational and clinical processes, including OASIS review, ICD-10 coding and more. Crumbley is passionate about educating home health leaders on improving outcomes, including how to leverage documentation and mentorship programs to drive and support high-quality care. Over the past five years, she has traveled as a contract and part-time surveyor for the Accreditation Commission of Health Care (ACHC). She also currently serves on the board of the Home Care Association of Florida.

Melinda A. Gaboury, COS-C, has been in home care for more than 30 years. She routinely conducts home care and hospice reimbursement workshops and speaks at state association meetings throughout the country. Melinda has profound experience in Medicare PDGM, billing, collections, case-mix calculations, chart reviews and due diligence. UPIC, RA, ADR & TPE appeals with all Medicare MACs have become the forefront of Melinda's current impact on the industry. She is currently Chair of the NAHC/HHFMA Advisory Board and Work Group, Treasurer on the Home Care Association of Florida Board of Directors, and a member of the Tennessee Association for Home Care Board of Directors. Melinda is also the author of DecisionHealth's Home Health OASIS Guide to OASIS-E and Home Health Billing Answers.

Brian Lebanion, MBA, CPC, RNC, HCS-O, HCS-D, is Principal Consultant at BC Healthcare Consulting with 25+ years in home health and hospice operations, reimbursement, and education. He specializes in survey/licensure coaching, clinical review and training, revenue cycle and financial management, third-party audit response, and QAPI. Brian partners with startups, large enterprises, private organizations, and nonprofits to align clinical excellence with financial sustainability. His hands-on approach equips leaders and frontline teams with practical tools—like the PDGM Compass™—to optimize visit utilization, protect margins, and elevate patient outcomes.

Lisa Selman-Holman, JD, BSN, RN, HCS-D, COS-C, is the Vice President of Clinical Services at McBee. She brings over 35 years of experience in home health and hospice care. She's a nurse, attorney and regulatory compliance specialist with career roles that evolved from field nurse to executive, where she has adeptly managed home health accreditation surveys, acquisitions, and regulatory challenges. In her current role, Lisa oversees the clinical aspects of consulting projects, offering expert guidance on clinical operations, quality improvement, patient care standards, and regulatory compliance. She also plays a pivotal role in business development, identifying potential clients and crafting consulting proposals tailored to their clinical needs.
